School Governors

The school governors section has been introduced to further add value to the eSchools platform. A school can add as many individual governor accounts to the system to help improve communication and improve their access to information and data within the school. Below can be found a selection of the features included in the governor’s portal, all of which are optional features

Files & folders

All governors and selected teaching staff are able to manage files and folders shared within this section such as minutes and meeting agendas.

Attendance

Governors are able to access attendance data for the whole school or an individual class or year group. Data is pulled automatically from the school MIS.

Discussion forum

Governors and selected teaching staff are able to discuss school matters within a secure environment through the online portal.

Events calendar

Items can be added exclusively to all governors, a particular governor or they are able to have access to school wide events.

Messaging

Internal messages, similar to email, are able to be sent to all governors or individual users along with file attachments.
